Return Policy

We promise to provide our best efforts to ensure all your Orders are correctly fulfilled. This Returns, Refund, Exchange Policy is only be applicable for OurCare e-store only.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or

If the products delivered is expired; or

If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@qnema.my and send your item to the address below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
